Alice Spring HIAL Upgrade Project

Avionics have been engaged by Alice Springs Airport to Design, Supply, Install and Commission a new High Intensity Approach Lighting system for their main runway. Project also included the replacement of an existing T-VASIS system with new double sided, double ended PAPI and the replacement of Alice Springs existing AGL control and monitoring system. Works commenced in early May 2019 on site with HIAL installed. The CMS component is anticipated to be completed by late September 2019.
