AV100L – Elevated Runway Edge Light
Runway Edge Lights are omni-directonal and are located along or just beyond the edges of the area declared for use as the runway are defined by edge markings and are white in colour.
Avionics AV100L is the cornerstone of the AV100 series – this light has the intensity ratio of 1 and the intensities of other runway lights are measured from this basepoint.
AV100L meets CASA MOS 139 requirements at 4.6W of power, thanks to superior highpower LED chip and special secondary optical lens that directs the vertical light from the LED into horizontal 360-degree light beam. Data as per photometric measurements related to NATA photometrics test report TR210208-01-R1.
