Bankstown Airport Overlay

This project involves the re-asphalting of multiple taxiways within Bankstown Airport including the removal and reinstatement of associated Airfield Ground Lighting (AGL).
The summary of the scope is as follows:

• Removal of AGL before pavement works including:
  - Removal, disconnection, and storage of existing AGL light fittings
  - Coring, removal, and storage of shallow base cans
  - Removal of secondary cable
• Reinstatement of AGL after pavement works have been completed including:
  - Coring of taxiway for shallow base can installation
  - Installation of base can in cores using epoxy
  - Slot cutting of pavement for secondary cable installation
  - Reinstatement and reconnection of existing AGL light fittings and shallow bases
  - Reinstatement of cabling / conduits to each AGL light including sealing of joints.
  - Testing and commissioning
